Not Feeling It

This is Spencer with the Washington Monument in the background.

Spencer was very interested in taking pictures. But was not so excited about being in pictures. Mom snunk a few in anyway in the interest of avoiding any complaints about "you took pictures of Toby in DC, but you didn't take any pictures of me!"

Special shout out to mom for once again coming through with some of the most original costumes we saw all night.
