Peace & Quiet
Spencer mentioned that two of the rowdier kids in his class were absent today. I asked him if it was any quieter. He said, "no, it was still loud." So, a little quiet time in the reading nook helped balance things out.

Special shout out to mom for once again coming through with some of the most original costumes we saw all night. Here are some pre-trick or treating shots of the chess pieces and out little check mate. Toby wanted the masks, but we didn't think Spencer would wear one. He disagreed ND got Daddy's mask as soon as got outside. (Unfortunately you can't see the stroller chess board here.) And some action shots:
