Seeing Spencer

Just a boy and his stuffie.

Sharing his school papers with us after dinner. This was a picture of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. You can see Superman's curl in the middle of his forehead, Wonder Woman's lasso, and Batman's pointy bat ears and batarangs. The above picture was (I'm assuming) dedicated to the heros in question. Either that I'm supposed to mail it to them... This is a picture of Spencer at rest time. This was Spencer making the sign language symbol for "I love you". And another picture of Batman telling the villains, "No". With lots of dark clouds.  

I didn't think we'd be playing with a basketball like that, but here we are.  

Of all the stuffies, Spencer Dino has emerged as the favorite. He takes his job very seriously.  

Out in the snow during the snow day.  

After a really long night, Spencer finally gave into a nap this afternoon.  

 This poor little guy was up most of the night with a bit of a stomach bug.  Fortunately, Mommy was there to take good care of him - both day and night.

Spencer enjoyed the snacks at the Wizards game. And the good dancing music. And winning a basketball wasn't bad either.  

Today's story from school was about the "magic milk" experiment.  

And THAT is how the stuffies get in bed.

Spencer is pretty sure that Robin can fly. Because he wears a kite. So if the next Batman movie shows the Boy Wonder soaring through the sky, you heard it here first.

Spencer drew a picture of The Justice League (Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman) and was very proud of himself.   

Spencer has had a growing love of Iron Man (and Batman) since last year. As luck would have it, one of our neighbors was getting rid of an Iron Man costume. We have to roll the arms and legs up quite a bit, but suffice to say Spencer is living his best life.  

Ready for any snow that might still be on the playground.
