Seeing Spencer

We celebrated New Year's Eve (Afternoon) by going bowling with friends. A marvelous time was had by all.

 So much love for Mommy every day, but today is extra special. So much can be said about how much od yourself you give to these kids everyday.  They can't express their love fully with their words. They can't fully understand the impact your love has had on them. But they feel it.  I see it in Spencer when runs to give you that first hug every morning. That's his heart shining through and reaching for the person he loves most in this world. Happy Birthday, Cotton. Thank you for being an amazing mom and partner. We're so lucky.

  We had Toby's holiday concert this afternoon. This song was not one that Toby's class was doing but Spencer appreciated anyway.

Spencer's reading is continuing to thrive thanks to hard work by both him and Cotton.  And as you can see, he's delighted with his new skills.
