Seeing Spencer

Halloween is a wrap. Once again a huge thanks to Cotton for the best costumes in the neighborhood.  

It's possible that Dum Dum's are the king of all candy over here.

Things were a little crazy at the Pumpkin Walk. Spencerwas keeping a wary eye.   

When you're the littlest, sometimes you spend a lot of time waiting for everyone else to figure out whether they're coming or going.  

We had some items our Grocery list that were not our weekly staples, so we had to text mom some pictures asking her if items were okay. Spencer was thrilled to have a job.  

Cooler air means it's time to start seriously considering your Christmad List  

Inspired by D (the drummer) from Alphablocks, Spencer was having a drum session at dinner.   

Can't you see I'm working?! I have lots and lots of things to write down.   

Spencer insisted on the tongue's out.  

I have listened to your reasons... ...and decided that they do not apply to me.  

I'm Spencer Ellis Wright and I approve of this cookie dough.  

In other news, Spencer scored his first slam dunk.

No thanks. I'm cozy and I'd like to stay in bed.  

A throwback to watching their morning video on Dad's phone, since the TV is in Grandma and Grandpa's room. An easy compromise. Thanks for coming Grandma and Grandpa!

Today was Grandma's day to take Spencer to school.

When you're a bit under the weather, nothing is better than some cuddles with Mommy, lots of friends, and some books in the pig tent.

We kept Spencer home from school today just to make sure he was ok. So we took the opportunity to break-in the basement chalk wall. Spencer has been working on his letters, and the first thing he wrote was "Toby".  

This little guy wanted so badly to go to school today, but his body just wasn't feeling well. Hopefully, a good night's sleep will help.  

The firetruck came to Spencer's school today. And while he did not want to have his picture taken with the truck, he was very excited about his fire helmet and fire badge.  

It's hard to get around in this thing.  Ah, this is much better.  

Spencer needed to do a little bit of work, so he took over Mom's office.  

Nothing says September like a popsicle? It was not the most autumnal of snacks, but it was refreshing after all that running around.
