Seeing Spencer

When you're pretty sure you just invented the chocolate pretzel:  

Sometimes Spencer just can't contain himself when it come to hugging Toby.  

Beginning to harness the powers of his goofiness.  

Spencer started potty training today so we are sticking close to home for the next few days.  

Sometimes only Mom's pillow will do, so because she loves you, she slides way over to make room for you. Then she's too far away so you have to move down to cuddle her.  

A book with mom in the reading nook.  

Doing our favorite playground activity - snacking.  

Just hanging out, having a snack, staying on the ball.  

Who's there? It's me! (And Mom.)  

What to do with this cone? A hat. Definitely a hat.  

Zooming through the living room.  

The kids have been enjoying playing a game called Kids of Stage, which is basically a junior version of charades. As you can see, Spencer is elated when someone guesses what his card was.  

Spencer didn't want any help brushing his teeth tonight.   

Keeping up with Toby is hard work.  

A little more fun in the snow.  

Building a snowman under Toby's guidance. Meticulously adding handfuls of snow. Checking out the final product. Loving what he sees. Pleased as punch. (Action shot.)  

Doing some while we wait for the snow to stop.  

Working on his soccer skills.  

Life is good when you've gotten ahold of your favorite snack.  

Spencer decided to sit this soccer game out and be a spectator. This is a good opportunity to have some snacks to yourself.  

When your "magic spell" created a car exactly when you conjured it.  

Super cool and ready for some action.

When Dad is copying your moves but he doesn't have your super smooth style. Yet.  

I thought I had published these before, but it looks like I missed them. Without further ado... Goofball raspberries.  

So grateful for this time with Spencer today.  

More reasons to go to Home Depot these days. It's good to help you know where you're going when it's your job to drive the cart.
