Seeing Spencer

Sunshine has been a rare commodity around here recently, so we took advantage if it while we good.  

Ready for the aliens. Or just ready to drain some spaghetti. Who can say?  

What do you mean September is almost over?! It just started! Huh. Better start making my October plans.  

Here I come.  

No one will ever suspect that I'm a Private Investigator.  

Oh, hey.  

Spencer is working on jumping with both feet at the same time for maximal puddle splashing.  

Taking some time for some giggles while doing the grocery shopping.  

Apple: the carefully considered snack.  

Playground fun with this little charmer.  

When all that "I'm not tired" catches up with you.  

When you are a blondie blonde, the sunlight sometimes turns your hair to gold.  

These pictures are a little blurry, but they were too sweet not to post. Spencer saw his first rainbow this evening and was quite thrilled.  

Neither kid can reach the ground on this particular see saw, so it took a Daddy assist. Fun was had anyway.  

It's a new dawn. It's a new day. And I'm feeling good.  

Feels like it's finally fall and we are soaking it up.  

When you have a banana friend... naturally, you read them the banana book to make them feel at home.  

Spencer got a pillowcase with a few friends on it today. He tried it out in the crib and on the couch. 5 stars all around.  

It helps your life outlook when you get to take a nap in the middle of the day.  

Sometimes you have the time of your life being the start of the show. And then when you review the footage...it's still hilarious. Sound on to hear the giggles and the giggles about the giggles.

Spencer’s stomp rocket launches were less dramatic but he took them very seriously.  

"Spencer, can you sit in the chair and smile?"  

Right this way. Welcome to my restaurant. What would you like to order? Wow. That's a big order. I'm tired just thinking about cooking it.  

Lunchtime French fries. Yum.
