Seeing Spencer

Mid-song. Post-song. Song.  

Managed to transition from the carrier to sitting down. I won't be able to stand up without disrupting everything, but we take the wins where we can get them.  

For the moment, Toby has decided he likes helping with Spencer's bath.   Spencer gives his big brother a big smile when he carefully pours water on him.   

Being a baby is hard work. But the naps do look pretty comfy.  

This Guy? He's my Dad. It's the best!   

Trying out what it feels like to lay on our side.  

Hmm. What should I do this weekend? Sleep and then snuggle? Snuggle and then sleep? So many choices.   

When you want to be eating, but you also want to be bouncing...  

Cooler weather means snugglier jammies.  

I can't help it that I'm this cute after my bath.

Someone said I needed a "serious face" for "football". I don't know what "football" is, but making a "serious face" is pretty fun.

What do you call a group of singing dinosaurs?  A tyranno-chorus! Ha!  

Sometimes it seems like you're catching a glimpse of what they'll look like in a few years. This is one of those photos for me.

  Auditions are coming up for Riverdance! (Baby Edition), and I don't want to say it's a sure thing, but...this footwork is pretty impressive. (Plus, sometimes it even helps you squeak out a toot or two.)

Now this is what I'm talking about! Swings and carriers are fine, but a nap on mom is the best.  

Granted everything in Spencer's wardrobe could be categorized as jammies, but an "I love you" duckie is worth admiring.  

From this close, you can see my fuzzy little hairs.
